9Inactive Account

• Closing accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months and have a zero balance.

To reactivate an inactive account, members simply need to log back into their psy777 account. There is no need to contact customer support for a standard reactivation. However, if the account was closed due to inactivity, members will need to reach out to our support team to have the account reprocessed.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Psy777 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account at any time without prior notice if there are reasonable grounds, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Fraud or attempted fraud in any form
• Use of multiple accounts
• Bonus system abuse
• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Account usage by individuals under the age of 18
